Hello all. I have encountered a really weird problem. I tried to upgrade from version 9 to version 10, but near the end, it says that it can't be completed. However, the program seems seems to work, but here's where the problems begin. If I close the program while a file was playing, the file will continue to play (the task is still running somehow). Also, when I turned on the mini-toolbar in Windows, it minimizes, but I can't click any of the buttons. So, I tried to uninstall it, but it wouldn't let me. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME HERE?!?! Thanks.
