Yea, It does convert them but the volume wont work at all when I test them on my pc. Should I try burning them and seeing if it was just nero's volume not working? Also, My computer has 2 drives. Only one plays dvd's. Would I burn the dvd in the drive that burns the dvds or the other one?

If the volume works with some but not the others, I doubt it is the Nero PLayer, mayne the source file was corrupt or the conversion did not go well..
As for what burner, what format did you convert to DVD or VCD? If only one burner plays DVD, that means only one can burn them so I don't think you have a choice. If you convert to VCD, you can burn with a CD Burner drive

Did you look at Winavi? It can convert from RM to DVD directly if I am not mistaking.

Did you try to adjust the settings? Maybe you don't have the sound enabled in the converter.

    Are we talking about Winavi?
You have to have enabled DirectAC3.Click on Advanced tab, and then under DVD, tick enable DirectAc3.Is that how you have ot set up?
