I dont know what the problem is but suddenly nerovision 4 is very slow. when i add a file it takes a long time to show up. when i go to edit the file ........well just everything is slow. ive tryed uninstalling and reinstalling. tried taking off every codec to make sure there wasnt some conflict. tried taking off other burning programs and video editing programs as well.I dont know what the problem is. when i first started using it, it was fine. in fact i liked the demo so much i bought the program. after the last 2 updates its gone to hell. ive updated my video drivers as well.

just wanted to report back on this. it is definately a bug in the new update. after using the clean tool and removing all nero registry keys i reinstalled 7.014 and all seems well again. except of course i cant use animated buttons still.

cyprusrom-thanks for responding. i should have said that i am fairly advanced with computers and had already went through all the motions. its really upsetting that right after i buy the dang program for the first time it started acting this way. nero needs to get its act together.

MaxBurn said it might be a conspiracy! Both updates, fot 6 and 7 came out buggy!
I did not imply that you were a novice regarding computers when i suggested to defragment or check the DMA! But many people get their PC speed back by first doing the simplest option.
You are right, nero is far from perfect. So many updates came out with bugs! But once you get used to it9not the bugs, just the working Nero!), you kinda get to love it! Not stable at times, but many applications available.
I am glad it worked for you!
