My Archos AV380 worked fine until I found a spare charger. I placed it on charge and the charge light came on and went off. Now the Archos will not charge at all. Being confused, I placed my other AV320 on charge to check if the charger was at fault and the same thing happened to that unit. Now I have 2 AV300 units that will not charge at all !!!!!!!!!! I've thrown that cursed charger out the window !!!! What could the problem be with my Archos units and where in the uk can i get them fixed without paying a huge sum of money ? (the units work fine except they will not charge anymore)
This 'spare charger', is it archos manufactured? You may have ruined your batteries with an incompatible charger. If you can't charge them now, it is most likely they are finished. And I know they are no longer being manufactured because I have one. I really don't know what else to suggest..
