converting r to dvd

i d/l a movie and the file is r00 and so on the the clips of the movie what can convert r to dvd

 

a great converting program is ConvertXtoDVD (formerly called DivxtoDVD) ......... should work with your files...... but r files I never heard of..... try it you'll like it!

 

You will need the software WinRAR to extract that file(s).
