fear demo

    I was given a demo of the game FEAR. But when I get to the starting point of the demo the thing just freezes. Is this due to me not having a strong enough video card? Or what?

    look up the system requirements of the game and see if your PC meets the requirements.

    Well, you could have run into a problem that many others have when running the FEAR demo.

    You have to set your system BIOS/and Windows clock to 2030. (no, not 8:30pm military time, the year 2030!)

    (Warning: Doing so may cause issues with other time sensitive registrations, or activations in other products when setting the clock back to normal time after setting it forward)
