Hi I need some help with Nero6.6

    Hello I was wondering if you could help me with a urgent Problem.
    I recently installed Nero6.6 But I cannot record Anything.
    The drive that is selected is a image driver with no other options available, What should I do. And If I could add this i recently bought a Lite On SOHW-1693S Internal Dual 16X DVD+/-RW But on my computer its detected as a cd-rom and nothing else. And to complicate things My recorder drive is detected as on the cd drive properties as Lite-OnLTN486S 48x Max. THis bothers me since I think I have been Given perhaps a stolen drive so please help me in regards towards this lite-on drive It says its a burner But its Indcated differntly Please I don't want to be dooped. So please help me. And once again Hello.

    So you are saying a 1693s is being detected as LTN486S? If that is the case I would take it back to where it was purchased. Maybe a mistake was made in packaging. An LTN486S is simply a cd-rom drive.

    alright i will do that but in another interesting note the sticker still says its a burner but I will still return it thanks.

    HI, Quick update I returned the drive to the store a got another one THIS TIME thankfully it was correct. So Thank you for helping me Return this product because otherwise I would have been stuck with a crappy product.
