buying new computer what video card and sound card should i buy

    buying new computer what video card and sound card sould i buy
    i am going to use it for video editing mostly
    can you give me the spec of what you have in your computer

    Lets see on video cards theres a 7800GT if u want to spend big bucks theres 6800GT if u want spend a $150-200 or these 6600GT if u want to spend $100, i would go anywhere beneth this though, with soundcard hopefully another peep can help u as i am more clueless than u lol.

    Well for the sound card,,,,if you are not like using it for Music Editing or if that is all you do.....Most motherboards come with a Sound support....and 8 channel audio is really good check your motherboard on what channel audio it has if it's a 6 channel then i would recommend getting a sound card......
