ok i am going to buy a tv tuner pci card but i dont know which ones are the best i want to record from my tv to the computer..if you could just give me some suggestions it would be helpful thanks....oh and price dont matter....
have a compro gold from newegg does a great job to mpeg 1 mpeg2 vcd svcd, but its hard to get good quality avi files one pass
