I've read all the threads on Sky High and don't see the probelm I am having covered. I am using DVD Shrink 3.2 and it runs just fine. then whenI try to burn with DVD Decrypter I get an error message "Invalid or Unsupported File Image Format" I have never had this problem before. Any suggestions. I am a very basic user and try to not change settings, etc. But I can follow directions.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Sounds like you may have an encryption problem. Although, I am surprised that Shrink did not hit this error. It could be fixed by downloading ANYDVD at http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html they have a 21-day free trial. You could also try DVD-DVDFAB-Decrypter Express, which also has decryption code, and it is free.
