I want to create a video for my niece that I can put on a blank dvd and I was wondering how I would go about doing that.. By creating a video I mean like downloading some videos from the net to be put on the dvd.
There are many ways. By posting here I assume you want to use nero to do it. Then you will use vision or vision express depending on your version of nero. Read the bold sticky posted at the top of this forum.
As whompus has stated, this can be done using Nero program. No doubt the files you download will be in either AVI or MPEG format this being the case click on guide by alkohol which is in my sig, follow as directed and you'll soon be burning DVD's successfully.
