When I was using Nero 6 Suite, I was able to plave a movie in the drive and wait for XP's autoload menu to open. I would then scroll down to the Recode Icon, select it, and the open recode that way. With Nero Ultra 7, using the same procedure, Recode 2 does not seem to be associated. It is listed in the list of items to choose from but there is no icon next to it. When I select it and open recode, an error message indicates that Recode wasn't able to perform the command I requested. I click OK and then Recode 2 open a preliminary meni with various choices. I select "DVD to DVD" and it takes me to the screen I would used to see using Nero 6, recode. Does anyone know how to make Recode 2 behave the same way as Recode did when placing a movie into your drive?
If you're running nero 7 version 7.0.5.4, uninstall it, it's very buggy and slow, some functions don't seem to want to work at all. Install the previous version 7.0.1.4b if possible, it's stable and functions well.
