I have noticed that many of you talk about the speed to which a dvd is to be burned, and I hear a lot about 4x. I have a 16x Plextor that I use at the 16x speed all the time, and have never had a problem with burning once it has started. I am interested in hearing from you'all (the southerner in me) as to the speed issues and how that plays out. Should I be concerned about a slower speed, and does that mean a better, cleaner, and clearer burn? Being a novice, I am always trying to learn. Thanks.

yes.. slower speed is much cleaner and better burns.. less errors.
