When I open InfoTool and go to the ASPI tab, the bar at the bottom is yellow and says "ASPI is not installed". This is when I'm looking at "System ASPI". But when I choose "Nero ASPI", the bar turns green and says "ASPI is installed and working properly", and and the file "wnaspi32.dll" appears in the center box. Is this a problem? Should I be seen something under "System ASPI"? If so, how would I correct this? Thanks in advance.
I had same problem. would switch to Nero Aspi but stiil did not work. Downloaded Adaptec Aspi drivers from here. ASPI always on now. Just install latest driver for your O/S http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/drivers_by_product.jsp?cat=/Product/ASPI-4.70
