Hey there. Im just curious if my motherboard supports the ati x850xt. I know the 850xt is a PCI-E card, however I'm not ENTIRELY sure by mobo is PCI-E. I know it's at least PCI. When I go into my control panel, and go under system, there are several ports that my mobo has that say "PCI Express Root Port". I would just like to verify if that means that it will support my new card.
You would have a better chance of getting an answer if you listed the make and model number of your mobo. What you said about the listing in Control Panel, it very well might support the PCI-E card.
