will my dell laptop be good enough

    hi all got a inspiron 5160
    3.2 p4
    1 gig mem

    would it run as well as a desktop if i used external burners etc
    and a usb hub
    will it overheat or play up

    cheers woz

    was looking to upgrade desctop but only had this 6 months

    should be alright as long as keep the dust bunnies out of cpu area. what is the laptop for?

    USB devices drain your processor power, youll be fine burning with just 1 external burner but i wouldnt advise a lot of them as your processor will get drained

    no just make sure its not overheating as ddp says
