i try using nero and dvd decrypter than Dvd shink with tupac Resurrection but non of it did work does any one how to do it
What exactly did you do? if you use DVD Decrypter, and Nero, than you don't need DVD Shrink. Or you can use the decrypter with DVD Shrink. If it didn't work, use DVDFab Decrypter, as this one is updated to keep up with the newer encyprtions. After you use DVDfD, use Nero to transcode the files and then burn the DVD. in the following link is a guide that works virtually on any new release.
