Right here goes, today i went round my sisters and took my laptop in my car, so i got there switch my laptop on the screen backlight comes on but nothing shows up on the screen apart form that, but all the sounds work, so i got home connected it to an external ointer and that works fine like i thought it would.

Before i go anyfurther i would like to point out that this is still under warrenty so i dont want to go screwing that but if i could i would like to fix it rather than send it off for weeks at a time.

    Any help will be appreiciated.

PS on another note when im playing simple games like hte ones on http://www.miniclip.com the mouse and keyboard will stop working almost like a button has been pressed but the screen will still update which i think is wierd, but wierder is when i push the power button then it says [bold]windows shuting down[/bold] but never does so i turn it off manually, Stupid huh. And if you thought that is strange... then if i do not turn it on again like if im going to bed the damn thing turns itself on but only when the above hapens, now someone tell me that im am not cursed lol.

Any help wuld be appricated on the above issues.

    Thanks and regards

    Will

If your laptop is under warranty then get it looked at fixing it yourself will be expensive and if you screw up you'll have to spend more money. It is worth waiting a couple weeks.
