how do I create a dvd menu?

hi!!! i just wanna create a DVD menu? I tried with nero but's very slow. I wanna know is there any other program that would let me create a menu fast and easy?

other question. can I add the iso and then create the menu all together? thanks in advance

 

use sony vegas, I think it is made by sony.

I just tested out DVDstyler. It makes really good simple menus. I actually really like it. It looks best with dvds that have episodic titles tho. Only bad thing is, I think it only uses mpeg-2 when it authors. i.e. you have to reencode a xvid file from it's avi to mpg. And for that, winaviconverter is fast.
