matrix old film

    having problems making a back up of this old film does any one have a step by step or an answer to why i get cyclic errors from shrink and dycrypter

    Damaged disc most likely. You can try cleaning and try again, or try the "ripper" function in AnyDVD ver. 5.9.1.1.....
