I need help with transfering video's over to my ipod, I got video to transfer over just fine a while back, but now they are not working. I converted the video to mp4 and stuff like i used to, but when i try to drag over to my ipod nothing happens. Can anyone help? I also tried the importing thing but a message comes up and says something about unknown error(-50)
What are you using to convert the videos? You don't need to 'drag' anything over to your iPod.. just import & update.
Just copy and paste. Steps: 1)locate file of origan 2) hilight files you want 3) cntl-C 4) open itunes 5) wait for ipod to load. 6) clilck on ipod. (list of music should appear. 7) cntl +V Try and use itunes as least as possible.
1. You may need to shorten the name of the files 2. Then go "file" --> "add file to library", then locate your file and that should be sorted. Any further assistance, please post back.
