My friend wants me to burn a movie he made in windows movie maker for him. I followed afterdawns guide using nero vision and placed in high quality. After burning however i noticed the frame rate was atrocious. Anything I can do to increase the quality?

usually you can only get the same quality as what you began with...... unless you had to compress the file down to a DVD-5. What was needed to do?
