I've ripped some movies onto my computer into .iso format and burned them with my dual layer burner. So basically these iso files are around 7 or 8 GB in size. Is there a way I can rip just the movie from these iso's like you do with Shrink and burn on a single layer disc??

    What ripper did you use?
Are you trying to backup newer movies?
Anyway, yes, it is possible. You can ripp with DVD Decrypter "Movie Only" in file mode, and then open with DVD Shrink and choose the "Re-Author" tab to process.
if is an older movie, you can ripp with DVDFab Decrypter, yet another free tool. Open the ripped files and "Re-Author" Movie Only with Shrink.

Load the ISO in a drive emulator and you can edit as you can in file mode. Daemon is a freebie and some of the recording suites have emulators as well.
