Softmodding an xbox with Auto Installer Ver.3

Hi there,
I have it, I have all the instructions but I can't get it to work....Please please someone help. ALl I want to do is : -

Softmod Xbox
Use EvoX as dashboard
but also be able to access MS dash from Evox

Can someone please explain how I do this using Auto Installer version 3.

have you burnt it to a dvd disk if so try difrent brand of disk
