patch is not put yet looks like you can convert the PAL to ntsc
using the ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix. you can find it on the web.
try it and see if it works. dont try rebuilding the game because
most games dont need to be rebuilt. if this doesnt work wait for the patch to come out.

As of now, I don't think there is a working patch for Fifa street 2. sorry. But I know that the PAL to NTSC patch can be found at: http://www.ps2burns.host.sk. Good Luck!

I've got my Fifa street 2 to work just by refreshing the TOC. All i had been getting before was a black screen. This is the first game that i've had to try to get work to this way and don't know much about it, this is what i'm using if it's any use -
swap magic 3.6 with slide tool
original Devil May Cry (Pal)
Fifa Street 2 (Pal) not rebuilt
Only flaw with it is the extra disc change, the game plays fine and i have no sound or video cilp problems.

Hey Stoke, how do you do TOC refresh? I have read about how to do it but when i try, the disk keeps spinning. Like you have said, you used Devil May Cry to do this TOC refresh, i also used this game but it just kept on spinning and it said "Invalid PS2 game".
I put in SM3.6 and waited for the load screen to come up, then i eject the disk tray (not the flip top) and it says "insert bigger TOC disk" and then i put in Devil May Cry. It says "Invalid PS2 disk" when it is the orginal disk. The game then keeps spinning and nothing happens. what is wrong with it?

Thats the way i do it, but when i put the original in it comes up refresh TOC and then goes to the usual swap magic screen but says insert your own program, then i just have to use the slide tool to put Fifa street 2 in.

there is now a patch for this game check in the ps2dvd backup forum for more, it works perfect now with swap magic

when it finishs its scan, i get the following error, "code 2042 - error!!! opening gnie1" what does this mean anyone?

make sure u click browse and find ur iso on ur hard drive then patch it.
i think the patch is only nesaccery if ur usin swap magic, shud be ok with a mod chip

I did. on the readme tho it says i have to have about 20GB hard drive space free. does this really matter? it doesn't patch the rebuilt one. I burnt it to see if it would work after the scan but it didn't. I don know what that damn error is! help

make sure that u patch an unbuilt version, wont work otherwise, also read the read me it tells u wot to do there

ah i see. it had something to do with the gnie1 thing. i just put it in the fifa street 2 iso n it worked. the error didn't come up wen i scanned it. well il c if it works now. thanks :)
