Ok, I have seinfeld season 4, want to make a backup of it. Now I have good experiance with burning movies, but seems tv shows on dvd are a whole new ball game. After doing some research and trial and error never really found the right solution or guides.

Basically 1 cd of seinfeld holds 7 shows, roughly 22mins long. Now copying tv shows, its essential to maintain the main menue where you can select the episode you want to watch. All the other jazz i don't care about but mainly keeping the menu that you can select episode you wish to view and then watch it.

    Here is what i tried:

First I know i could use clonedvd 2 and preserve the menus but it would burn at like 44% quality, and I want to maintain as much quality as possible.

I have used shrink, where i can select the titles i want to include but you do not maintain any menu fucntionality in shrink so that left me with nothing of importance.

I then tried using dvd-decrpter, i burned the dvd to my hard drive and opened it up in dvd rebuilder. From here is where i was stuck as to what to do with dvd rebuilding as far as deleting unwanted screens and menu options to reduce the size.

Basically I want to maintain menu functionality while keeping quality at a very high level b/c that is of importance to me. Is it suggested to take two dvd-5's to burn 1 dvd of a television show? Reason I would want to stay away from that is b/c then on the menus I would have episodes that are listed that don't exist and such. I have not found any clear cut guides or anything, and like details about how to config these things properly for maximum results.

    Thanks

    Head
