hi my sister has come to visit me and she wanted some of my movies.she lives in europe so i need it to work on pal.i have 8x dvd-r and i need to know exactly what i need to do.is the dvd both pal and ntsc or is it the file that just needs to be changed.by the way i ripped it to my computer and to make it smaller i converted it to .avi so any software would be helpful even if its not freeware.
This program converts ntsc to pal and works with avi to dvd also. I dont have a link to a guide, but its fairly easy to use. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/avi2dvd.cfm Its free also.
