Can't Delete Nero Files

    My nero was not working properly, so I decided I was going to try to uninstall it, then re-install it, but it won't let me delte two files... These two files are:

    mfc71u.dll

    and

    NBShell.dll

    Can somebody please help

    When I try to tr-install Nero with these two files still one my computer, a error message comes up saying:

    Sheelmanager database is corrupt or missing...

    Where are the files you are attempting to delete located.

    The mfc71u.dll is normaly a Microsoft foundation classes file.
    It mat not be safe to delete.

    The mbshell.dll is just a shell manager for nero backitup. To delete it you may have to see if some kind of backitup monitor or something is runing in task manager at startup. If it is you will have to stop the process before you can delete the shell dll.

    Both of these files are in my nero file in "program files"

    But I can't find either of these two processes
