Burned over 100 movies, now can't burn any?

I used Afterdawn a year ago to learn how to burn movies using DVD Shrink and Nero. Never had any problems. Now every single DVD (except one yesterday)I try to burn gives me the errors listed below:

Failed to read file "D"
Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)

Anybody have any idea they can send my way--thanks in advance!

 

If you post your failed Nero log(in full) it will help even further.

And a year ago you said you used ad for two years, you should know the rules.
