hi couple of years back my sis got the sandisk cruzer micro mp3 companion and 128mb usb flash.i just cant seem to turn it on.putting in the battery is very hard almost impossible.i looked for drivers but it was already up-to-date so i formatted it and guess what it still wont turn on.sandisk said to hold play button for 5 seconds and it goes on well guesss what it doesnt so please help me
