Okay, I'm literally about ready to tear my hair out here. I've used Nero for a *long* time, and it's only in the past few weeks that I've begun having these kinds of problems. The short of it is - it's spitting out a new error, something about "power calibration error." Here's my latest log file - anyone able to help me, it would be *much* appreciated. The firmware for your burner is way behind, the latest version is 1.22 and is available here http://www.pioneer.co.uk/files/support/dvrup/RA07XLA_FW122.EXE Try burning a little slower, 4X is recommended You're using good media so a firmware error should take care of this
Gwendolin, I downloaded the firmware . . . tried to install. It says "Available target is not found" Anyway around this? Thanks for your help!
@Kaileen If you have downloaded the right firmware, you can try and temporarily disble the other CD/DVD drives(Samsung), update and then enable back the Samsung drives.
