Problem with PS2 Downloads

I have read loads of stuff here and on other sites, I have downloaded a few PS2 games, I have A120% ISO Buster and DVD Decrypter...I have had success burning downloaded movies but I cant burn these games, they are not RAR or bin, they have 001 through to 043 ect with the name of the outfit who set them up, ie ebountr.001......ALL the threads deal with making backups from copies but how do you burn the files from your HDD? I have been trying for a couple of days and I am stuck, A120% and DVD Decrypter will not let me select them, I am assumeing they are ISO files? it SHOULD be simple right? can anyone suggest anything, there must be a way. Thank you.

 

Sorry, I don't know how to burn PS2 games as I've never done it, but I do know that downloading games from the Internet is illegal and piracy is not tolerated here at AD.
