Notebook?

    Hey I was just wondering,what's the best,affordable,notebook?I was just looking at "averatec"and it looked liked the greatest of what Ive seen. I noe toshiba is suggested but for me I don't like it much.So,yeah ur guys' opinion? (I'm mosttt likey to go to Costco or BestBuy.)

    It would depend on how much you want to spend.

    HP, Gateway, Toshiba, Averatec, there are many good ones...I got the HP.

    For a few dollars more you can get a boutique PC.

    I was looking at Compaq and it looked pretty nice.IS Compaq good?0.0

    Best Buy, Circuit City, OfficeMax, Office Depot and Staples run sales weekly for laptops. Look in the sunday paper for the sale ads, you can usually get a decent one between $499 and $699 in my area.

    This is stupid question but is Notebook and laptop the same thing? If yes, why do they have different name. I"m just wondering.
