Hi, noobie here, first post so plese bear with me. I've used the tutorial to burn one game so far, woo hoo! The problem I have is the game I've just downloaded said it was patched but there was no .DVD file when I unpacked it? I have the @7gb iso file, I have tried the ss link but can't find the file I need, any ideas what to do next?
TIA. Gerry McG.

create a .dvd file by hitting merge. all it is, or acts like, is a cue file/bin. it just contains the name of the game in .iso form and layerbreak information. should look somethin similar to this when opened with notepad.
remember, the files must be in the same folder for clonecd to be able to find it.
EXAMPLE
GearsofWAR.iso
layerbreak=1913760
you can take a .dvd file from another game you've downloaded.. just change the information within the file. it'll work. :P

xboxhacker was.. ironically enough, hacked. the domain that hosted the checksum for all the md5s was erased by some prick. they're working on getting another host going to bring the server back up.

Just downloaded fifa 2007(PAL) for the second time, just an .iso file? you said 'just hit merge'? in what program. If I copy a dvd file from a successful burn do i just have to make sure the image and dvd file have the same name?

right man, in this case just copy the other .dvd file... change the name <using notepad to open the .dvd file> leave the layerbreak and change the name of the old .iso file to the name of the fifa 07 .iso file and make sure its in the same folder when you attempt to burn it.
i'd use ss merger to do all your merging.

I guess the only thing they can do is add the updates to new retail games which I'm not even sure they can do since we had to connect it to PC to edit it, wouldn't they have too also? If you could edit the firmware via the 360 putting the xtreme firmware on there wouldnt have been so hard for us eh?
All speculation and just me making an educated guess. I figure if they could fix it, they would have already.

try DVD Decrypter instead.. if that doesn't work you may need to change dummy files.
what game is it?

The new version of Kreons Firmware 5.1
is compatible with dvd+r/rw
what does that mean?
can we play dvds we've made ourrselves on the 360?
compress xbox 360 game to fit on dvd+/rw disk?
would we be able to get the game that small?
Any Ideas
