After I softmodded with Mechassault version and evox. The xbox is working fine. When I click on ms dashboard and go to account recovery the xbox takes me back to the evox dashboard and nothing happens. Is this a normal? Did I erase the XBL account? Or is there another way to recover the account? Thanks.
Not sure how you recover it but with a modded Xbox they will only ban you anyway so i do not really see the point in getting it back.
I should have mentioned this the first time. I want to recover the account and use it on another xbox.
just simply uninstall ur softmod, u do this by running the softmod again and then u should get back to that menu that says create ms backup...and as long as u created an ms backup u just hit restore ms backup and then reboot ur xbox, oh yeah if this message pops up when u open ur tray that says xbox live is trying to update ur xbox and then says xbox live cant connect and the messeges wont go away then put in halo 2 and then when it says register new account or continue offline press register new account and u should be all set
