The title should explain it all. My computer is struck on the "Windows Is starting Up" screen. The last thing I did was rebbot becaseu I installed a componet for the Windows One Care Live (I think; it was something along those line) and now it is stick there! It will not boot. Haven't tried to start it in same mode or anything yet.

    Any suggestions?

Start it in Safe Mode. If it boots up, go back to a previous Restore Point, and let Windows reboot again.

Thanks for the ideas. I'll try that. If all else fails, I guess I'll just reinstall Windows...again!

Chances are you have just screwed something with the latest install, but you could also have a memory fault appeared.
Windows can get stuck here, if there is a memory problem as it is here that it is addressed, so maybe try removing the memory and reseating it 1 stick at a time.
Worth trying that before you do a complete rebuild.
You could always download memtest86 make a floppy test disk and run that to make sure.

Yea. Think you are right. I would not boot in safe mode and said I was missing a file or it was curropt. I just went on and reinstalled Windows. All is working fine now. Hell of a way to go about fixing it.
