That sure sounds a lot like piracy, and I can't seem to find a program named divx player, there IS a global divx player and it's free(with adware) why don't you just get a decent codec pack and use wmp. Better I use windvd plat, but thats not free or very cheap, works very well though, get a codec pack(nimo, k-lite which is my preference) and you'll get banned if you ask about piracy or free software, the mod's might be nice, but they might not, I just can't say.
i had that global divx player its a trial version(suck) i found a site where you can get free software its called "MPEGnews.com"
