I recently bought a HP-All-in-One PSC 1500 series. My problem is that the HP All-in-One icon in the taskbar keeps dissaperaring! I reinstalled the software over again when I realized the scan button was not working then the icon appeared and everything was fine. Now I turned my computer on again and it is gone! Without this I have to scan manually from the HP director and the button on the printer does not work.
Not about this problem, no. But, about other two yes and they have not ever been helpful. No offense but both times I have called they are not helpful at all and have not even been able to speak English. Sorry I just had to fume about that. That's okay I found a semi-decent answer to this problem in another forum, and if all fails I guess I will reinstall it again... for the third time!
