Sony DVP-PQ1 region code?

    Hi

    I have just bought a Sony DVP-PQ1 dvd player and want to know if I can make it region free? I can't seem to find information on this little baby anywhere and I'm beginning to think it can't be done!

    It cannot be done !

    I have a Sony DVP-NS 305 and this is the case for me & in actual fact ALL Sony...Technics

    The Sony Centre (my local shop) said "yes we can do it...that'll be £49".
