Corsair is king as far as ram goes, however Kingston is very good as well. I use kingston and have never had a problem.
We use Corsair XMS in this gaming rig, but Kingston in the other machines. No problems from either company, very reliable.
i've used a gig of kingston for quite some time with no probs, never tried corsair. i doubt there are any significant differences though, go with whatever happens to be cheaper. =) edit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145440
