Today I am going to by a Premod Gamecube online. There are too many sites to look at to choose! I need the company to be in the US and I want to do overnight shipping. I do want the gamecube to be where its premodded with a full dvd size so I can use full dvd's. Doesnt that mean I can burn gamecube games to full DVD's then? The faster I have your advice, the quicker I can buy my premod gamecube. Any information is helpful. Thanks!

I don't know of any sites located in the US that sell premodified GCs.

Ok. Then what's the best nearest the US? (Is it illigal to sell them in the US?)

    http://www.modchipworld.com/product_info.php?cPath=30&products_id=184

They're located in Ontario, Canada, so it won't take too long to get it.

It's not so much that it's illegal to sell in the US, they just don't want to worry about getting in trouble for providing hardware capable of playing back-ups. Not to mention they sell stuff that couldn't be in the US (PS2 premods).

Case color is a matter of preference, so get whatever color you like as long as it's the full case since you want to be able to use full size DVD-R.

As for the chip, get either a qoob Pro or a ViperGC Extreme since those are top of the line. The only difference is that the ViperGC Extreme can rip games using USB whereas the qoob Pro is limited to the BBA. If you don't plan on ripping games just get a qoob Pro since it's cheaper and has a better BIOS as of now.

So can I burn a gamecube image to a DVD and then play it on the gamecube (is it that easy?)
