major problem burning dvd w/laptop

    hello i have a dell inspiron 2200 w/ a sony dvd+rw dw-Q58A
    the problem iam having is that after i back up with SHrink then try burning with DVD Decryptor i get an I/O message that says scsi status 0x02 interpretation (check condition) please help or any help will help

    try better media verbatim or taiyos

    i am using good media thats not he problem

    When it talks about condition it means either 2 things.

    1. The disc is dirty smudged or something and needs to be cleanned.

    2. It could b badly pressed and just use another disc and that should work fine.

    In regards to that what media are u using just soo we can rule that option out?

    i am using HP 4.7 8x dvd-r disks which i have no problem at all using on my desktop computer just my laptop wont burn it now it reads it fine and backs it up but it keeps saying the exact same I/O message even if i use another brand of media (memorex)

    Good quality? Whatever.

    More than likely those hp and memosux have the same exact manufacturer called cmags.Not even close to quality media.
