Yeah, video card problesm...i think.

    Ok, as you can tell, I' sorta new to this stuff, and i need a little help. Ok, down to business.
    I just recently reformatted, and now my graphics don't work right, but only with 3D games. here are a few pics, from 3 different games.
    Vampire the Masterade Bloodlines and Redemption, and the other two are from Battlefield 2. they both worked perfectly before.

    Ok, that's it. I did install all my comp's stuff, plus my Nvidia drives, and all sorts of other stuff, but nothing has worked. I'm hoping i don't have to get a new card.....

    I cant open any of your links
    but a couple of questions have you downloaded the latest nvidia drivers from nvidia for your card ?
    have you reinstalled the latest direct X since your reformat ?

    yeah, i have. i've also uninstalled them, and installed an earlier version of my nvidia drives, but still nothing

    have you checked the hardware/software acceleration in the games themselves ?
    screen resolution ?
    monitor refresh rate ?
