im glad somebody explained the dual boot option for the noobs the only thing i seen that i question is
"For a Novice, I would suggest UnleashX."
UnleashX has so many more options than EvoX and is much better it is for the novice and the expert EvoX just isnt that good anymore....

It says that because I made it for MY site! Instead of keeping all the knowledge at my site for the people that can find my site...I figured I would be nice and share it here...and I havent looked too deep here to find similar posts as to the ones that I have referenced in my tutorial. Anyways...those links no longer work since we've done some renovations at my site. Anyways...I guess that I'll stop sharing the tutorials I have at my site if you think they are not original...

 

Personnally i don't really care....I know all i need to know how to mod...............including skinning, weapon modeling,effects and other stuff......And don't take this the wrong way but i heard from people that your site is about cheating

 

People discuss about cheating...just like they do here. It's more of a site to get people interested in modding and to get them going. We have a lot of 'enemies' and people that don't like us b/c my site is doing better than theres...so people decide to talk sh*t.

Be it as it may...I dont care what others think...My site is there to help people and...IT DOES. The people that talk down about my site really havent looked around it much to see the help we provide with EVERYTHING and they are the ones that rip MY tutorials and put them on their sites. <_<

Thats one reason why I put it here, I'm sick of others stealing my stuff and saying it took them 1 hour to make and then they post it everywhere (its also why I put my url on the pics). This tutorial took me a few hours to make and I wanted to share it with everyone since people have been posting tutorials that dont explain to well on how to softmod. I was hoping that by posting it here (with 100 questions a day from people wondering how to do this or having problems with it) that it will help a lot of people out.

 

good tutorial dont get off topic with all the talking i asked the moderator to sticky but since it's from your site azzidrain he said he isnt going to do this but great tutorial either way...

 

Thanks bro...I'll be editing the links...I've just been 'tied' up w/ the new project at my site. I know there are other links to how to FTP and what not...so hopefully when I do that...it can be stickied and have easier access to those that need the help (since they dont really look too far before they start up w/ the new theads: HOW DO I SOFTMOD HALO 2).

well i must say i've searched the web many times for softmod tutorials and that one was probably the best one i've read i like the links and the pics for each game nicely done azzidrain.

 

Anyway, he has the same thread stickied in other forum. LOL.
