I just bought a new Philco STC-999 DVD home theater and it sucks!! I think I got ripped off, what is the retail price for one of these systems? I also had to change the region so I could play most of my new DVDs. Now I cannot get the surround sound to work correctly. It is correctly hooked up because when I mess with the settings all of the speakers work at different times.I cannot here peoples voices when the surround sound is working but I can here them when the surround is not working. I am a newbie and any help would be appreciated.
