    well i think thats great. give me minute and ill call the tv station and tell them the good news maybe we can get it on the 6 oclock broadcast.

    Good for you! I didn't know it was some kind of race but I look for quality so it takes me longer. I like to make sure it's still going to beplayable a 1 year later. Just me though ;)

    Dvd-9 to dvd-5?
    Dvd-9 to dvd-9?

    I've backed up entire dvd-5's to blank dvd-5's with my athlon 3000+ and 2 gigs of pc 2700 in about 18 mins.That's with a 4x burn speed.

    If it was a dvd-9,full disc, I don't think I would believe it.

    about 2 hrs for me with dvd-rb pro/cce sp 2.70. lets compare video quality.

    @ mort, i hear ya the good stuff comes to those who wait. by the way 2hrs is pretty good. mine take about 2.5 hrs. i might have more running in the background, not sure.
