I also have a similar problam. Nero burned three dvd two different ways and and then quit. It writes the buffer/intro then says it encountered a write error. Nothing has changed since it burned the first three. Does any one know what has happened? Thank you
@neko_chan I think this is the first issue that needs to be dealt with: you don't have enough space on your Hard Drive. Also: The DMA needs to be turned on for your DVD/CD drives. A guide to do that: http://my.afterdawn.com/alkohol/blog_entry.cfm/231/dmaissues You also have InCD installed with nero. It conflicts with Nero, go on Nero website and download INcd Cleaning tool and get rid of it. It also looks like you have Roxio installed. That also tends to conflict with Nero, you might want to uninstall. Here is the tool you need: http://www.microadvantage.net/downloads/zapper60.zip Your burner does not recognize the media. TDK are not very good discs, use some Verbatim, Maxell-Sony-Fuji Made in Japan. If you buy on-line, get some Taiyo Yuden, great quality discs. Your Nero version is old. You can update here: http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe
There is newer firmware for your burner US07 http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2011 You are running on bare minimum of memory, you should think about upgrading to at least 512k. At this time close down as many background processes as possible to free up some more memory. Try burning at 4x
@eparker89 You need to put up a Nero error log in order for someone to take a look at and figure out why your burns fail.
Thank you guy so much I really apreciate it !! I'll try every thing you said and I hope it will work ^-^
