Forwarding Data on network

Hey,

I currently have a wireless network hooked up through my Netgear ADSL Wifi Router. Now, the problem im having is with program called radmin which allows you to hook up a remote computer and control it or transfer data etc from outside the network. I have set up fixed IP for the pcs on my network.
I went on the router through IE and set up a service for it (gave the port number it uses and put in the IP address its ment to go to) and applied that.
But when I try and connect to it (using the WAN IP given by the router), it just says server cannot be found.

Any suggestions?
