   i tried using ipod2ipod software but it has and error that says "common language runtime debugging services". is there a way to fix that or another way to transfer between ipods?

   Your best bet would probably be to use this guide (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/250743 ) to copy your songs to your computer, and then transfer your desired songs to each iPod.
