a few weeks ago I purchased anydvd and clone dvd but hadnt backed it up to disk only printed it onto paper then of course had major problems with my pc and a friend upgraded my pc and formatted without backing anything up. I downloaded the two programes again but cant find anyway to enter my keynumbers can anyone help please
did ye make sure that you save the key on a disc so that should something happen to your system you will have the key to use again? as the key can not be saved to paper..contact slysoft and see if they can help you.send them the key info ye have on paper. click here http://www.slysoft.com/en/contact.html
